Pear Citrus Smoothie
Treat your body to this vitamin C packed morning smoothie that's chock-full of much-needed fibers and antioxidants. Perfect sweet morning treat with a little kick of citrus.

Ingredients
- 2 orange peeled
- Splash fresh lime or lemon juice
- 3 pear cored
- 2-3 cups kale stems removed
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or any other (nut) milk of your choice
- 1 banana chunked
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend kale and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Top with superfoods - such as goji berries, chia seeds, cacao nibs or hemp hearts - if you like.
