Pear Citrus Smoothie
Treat your body to this vitamin C packed morning smoothie that's chock-full of much-needed fibers and antioxidants. Perfect sweet morning treat with a little kick of citrus.

- 2 orange peeled
- Splash fresh lime or lemon juice
- 3 pear cored
- 2-3 cups kale stems removed
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or any other (nut) milk of your choice
- 1 banana chunked
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Blend kale and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
Top with superfoods - such as goji berries, chia seeds, cacao nibs or hemp hearts - if you like.
