Creamy Green Breakfast Smoothie
A good morning makes a good day. Especially when green smoothies are involved. This one is kid-friendly too. No green taste at all.

Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach packed
- 1 cup mango chunked
- 1 kiwifruit chunked
- 1/2 avocado chunked
- 1 banana chunked
- 2 cups water or coconut water
Instructions
- Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw everything in at once.
- Top with chia seeds, goji berries, flax seed, hemp hearts, etc., if you like.
Notes
- Lovely with a little coconut milk as well.
