Carrot Mango Ginger Zinger
Add some zing to your day with this cleansing and refreshing Carrot Mango Ginger Zinger smoothie.

Ingredients
- 2 cups bok choy roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger or to taste (1 inch = 1 tbsp grated)
- 1 cup carrot roughly chopped
- 2 cups mango chunked
- 1 apple cored and roughly chopped
- 2 cups water or unsweetened coconut water
- 1 lime/lemon peeled (use half if using lemon)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend bok choy and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Optional: top with goji berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, etc., if you like.
Notes
- Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
