Mango Kiwi Banana Kale Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups kale packed
- 1 cup mango chunked
- 1 banana chunked
- 2 kiwifruit
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup water or coconut water
Instructions
- Blend kale, orange juice, and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Optional: Top with superfoods such as raw cacao nibs, chia seeds, or goji berries if you like.
