Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale packed
  • 1 cup mango chunked
  • 1 banana chunked
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup water or coconut water

Instructions

  • Blend kale, orange juice, and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
  • Optional: Top with superfoods such as raw cacao nibs, chia seeds, or goji berries if you like.

TIP: Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base.
