Creamy Green Breakfast Smoothie

A good morning makes a good day. Especially when green smoothies are involved. This one is kid-friendly too. No green taste at all.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 1 cup mango chunked
  • 1 kiwifruit chunked
  • 1/2 avocado chunked
  • 1 banana chunked
  • 2 cups water or coconut water

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw everything in at once.
  • Top with chia seeds, goji berries, flax seed, hemp hearts, etc., if you like.
