Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple chunked
  • 1 banana chunked
  • 1-1.5 cup papaya chunked (1/2 papaya)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1.5 cup water

Instructions

  • Blend greens, water, and coconut milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If you have a high-speed blender you can add all ingredients in one go.
  • optional: Top with superfood such as goji berries, cacao nibs, or chia seeds if you like.
