  • 1 cup dragon fruit (pitaya) cubed
  • 1 cup pomelo/grapefruit chopped
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsps jam preferably homemade chia seed jam, mine was from mangoes
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (certified GF if needed) or (homemade) granola works too
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon or to taste

Instructions

  • Add fruit and yogurt to a bowl, stir well to combine.
  • Top with rolled oats, cinnamon powder, and chia seed jam. Or use other toppings of your choice.

Notes

  • Instead of chia seed jam, use pitted, blended dates or almond butter.
  • Works great with other fruits, seeds, nuts, or (homemade) granola as well.
  • Homemade cultured coconut yogurt recipe: super easy, dairy-free, and packed with health-promoting friendly gut bacteria or probiotics.
  • Homemade granola: I love making my own granola. It so easy and you can add all the grains, seeds, nuts, and/or dried fruits you like most.
