Pear Blueberry Green Smoothie
This pear blueberry green smoothie could not be easier to make! You can whip up this healthy meal or snack in no time. Plus, it's kid-friendly if you swap the kale for a milder tasting green such as spinach!
Servings: 2
Calories: 246kcal
Ingredients
- 2 pear roughly chopped
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups kale packed
- 1/2 avocado
- 1.5 cup water
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Instructions
- Blend kale, coconut milk, and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Top with superfoods - such as ground flax seeds, goji berries, or hemp hearts - if you like.
Notes
- I had some raspberries left, so added those as well. If you have any leftover fruit, feel free to add that as well.
- TIP: Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
