Mango Morning Fest
Spinach, orange, mango, banana, and oats are blended together to create this nourishing tropical morning drink. This smoothie can be made in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach packed
- 2 cups water or coconut water
- 2 cups mango chunked
- 1 orange peeled and seeds removed
- 1 banana chunked
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 tbsps dried goji berries (optional)
- 2 tbsps unsweetened desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more water to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Optional: top with desiccated coconut and goji berries, or other superfoods/toppings of your choice.
