Mango Morning Fest

Spinach, orange, mango, banana, and oats are blended together to create this nourishing tropical morning drink. This smoothie can be made in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 2 cups water or coconut water
  • 2 cups mango chunked
  • 1 orange peeled and seeds removed
  • 1 banana chunked
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tbsps dried goji berries (optional)
  • 2 tbsps unsweetened desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more water to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
  • Optional: top with desiccated coconut and goji berries, or other superfoods/toppings of your choice.
