Mango Morning Fest
Spinach, orange, mango, banana, and oats are blended together to create this nourishing tropical morning drink. This smoothie can be made in a matter of minutes!

- 2 cups spinach packed
- 2 cups water or coconut water
- 2 cups mango chunked
- 1 orange peeled and seeds removed
- 1 banana chunked
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 tbsps dried goji berries (optional)
- 2 tbsps unsweetened desiccated coconut
Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more water to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
Optional: top with desiccated coconut and goji berries, or other superfoods/toppings of your choice.
