Kale is definitely one of those super-foods in today’s spotlight. And for some good reason. Kale has more iron than beef, it contains more calcium than milk and 10% more vitamin C than spinach. Kale has a similar, but slightly stronger taste than spinach. So if you’re up for a greener taste, this is the recipe to try.

Ingredients
- 2 cups kale shredded
- 1 cup mango chunked
- 1 banana chunked
- 2 kiwifruit
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend kale and fresh orange juice until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
- Top with superfoods such as cacao nibs, goji berries, or chia seeds if you like.
