Kale is definitely one of those super-foods in today’s spotlight. And for some good reason. Kale has more iron than beef, it contains more calcium than milk and 10% more vitamin C than spinach. Kale has a similar, but slightly stronger taste than spinach. So if you’re up for a greener taste, this is the recipe to try.

- 2 cups kale shredded
- 1 cup mango chunked
- 1 banana chunked
- 2 kiwifruit
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Blend kale and fresh orange juice until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
Top with superfoods such as cacao nibs, goji berries, or chia seeds if you like.
