Kale Carrot Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups kale (or spinach for milder taste)
- 1 cup carrot roughly chopped
- 2 cups mango chunked
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger or to taste
- 1 apple cored
- 1 banana chunked
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend Chinese cabbage and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Optional: Top with chia seeds, goji berries, flax seed, hemp hearts, etc., if you like.
Notes
Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
