Green Smoothie: Raspberry Morning Love
Rich in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and fiber, raspberries are a delicious fruit with many health benefits. They are definitely one of my favorites.

Ingredients
For the smoothie
- 2 cups kale packed
- 3 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
Toppings
- 2 tablespoons dried goji berries (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Blend kale, coconut milk, and coconut water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
- Optional: top with goji berries and coconut flakes if you like. Other possible toppings: cacao nibs, chia seeds, hemp hearts, etc.
Notes
- TIP: Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
