Hi Amy! I am new to your blog and really like your tips and information. Whenever someone in the family has a cold or sore throat we drink cinnamon tea, add lemon and honey. Drink this before going to bed and you’ll be feeling like new int he morning. Also, if there is fever, you can add a slice of ginger to cut it down. Luckily we don’t get sick too often but this has really helped us when needed.
Have a great day!
