Energizing Green Smoothie
This energizing green smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, and many other beneficial plant-nutrients. Great way to start the day.

Ingredients
- 2 cups bok choy packed
- 2 kiwifruit
- 1 cup mango chunked (about 1/2 mango)
- 1 banana chunked
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 2 orange juice only (2 oranges = 1 cup juice)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (or ground flax seed)
Instructions
- Blend bok choy, coconut water, and freshly squeezed orange juice until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
Notes
TIP: Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice instead.
