Energizing Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bok choy packed
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 1 cup mango chunked (about 1/2 mango)
  • 1 banana chunked
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 2 orange juice only (2 oranges = 1 cup juice)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (or ground flax seed)

Instructions

  • Blend bok choy, coconut water, and freshly squeezed orange juice until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.

Notes

TIP: Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice instead.
