Ingredients
2cupsbok choypacked
2kiwifruit
1cupmangochunked (about 1/2 mango)
1bananachunked
1cupunsweetened coconut water
2orangejuice only (2 oranges = 1 cup juice)
2tablespoonschia seeds(or ground flax seed)
Instructions
Blend bok choy, coconut water, and freshly squeezed orange juice until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base.
If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.

TIP: Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice instead.
