Cleansing Green Smoothie
Refreshing and cleansing morning drink to start your day fully energized. If you love, parsley feel free to add some more.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups pineapple chunked
- 1 banana chunked
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger or to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Blend greens, water, and juice until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Top with superfoods, such as cacao nibs, chia seeds, or goji berries, if you like
Notes
Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie.
