Pineapple Broccoli Cleanser

I just love the taste of fresh parsley and broccoli in my green drinks. Though this smoothie might not be for everyone, if you are a veggie lover just like me, then this is a must try!

Ingredients

For the smoothie

  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 2 cups pineapple chunked
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (optional) or to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1-2 orange peeled and seeds removed
  • 1.5 cup unsweetened coconut water or filtered water

Optional toppings

  • 2 tbsp dried goji berries (optional)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend spinach, parsley, and coconut water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
  • Add more water or coconut water if needed.
  • Optional: top with goji berries and chia seeds or use other toppings/superfoods of your choice.
