My 10 Favorite Diet Water Recipes 

 

These recipes will help you to enjoy drinking more water. They are healthy, tasty, hydrating, and great for people who want to lose weight. The water is enriched with herbs, fruits, and veggies that are effective in removing fat, they improve digestion, reduce bloating and keep you hydrated all day long. Here are my favorite infused flat-tummy, diet water recipes.

 

1.      Minty Cucumber-Lemon Water

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 organic lemon, sliced
  • 12 mint leaves or more to taste

Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to infuse the water. For the best flavor, infuse overnight.

 

2.      Refreshing Strawberry- Basil Drink

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, chop the leaves to release the flavor.
  • 3 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered

Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir gently with a wooden spoon and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to infuse the water. For the best flavor, infuse overnight. If you don’t fancy a basil flavor, works great with fresh mint leaves as well. My absolute favorite diet water recipe!

 

3.      Cinnamon Infused Apple Water

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 5 cored and thinly sliced apples
  • 5 whole cinnamon sticks

Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir well and refrigerate overnight to infuse the water.

 

4.      Vanilla Peach

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 2 vanilla beans or vanilla extract
  • 6 peaches, pitted and sliced

Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir gently with a wooden spoon and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to infuse the water. For the best flavor, infuse overnight.

5.      Mango Mojito

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 6 mint sprigs
  • 3 cups mango, cubed
  • 2 thinly sliced organic limes

Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir gently with a wooden spoon and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to infuse the water. For the best flavor, infuse overnight.

6.      Strawberry- Kiwi Water

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 3 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 3 kiwis, thinly sliced
  • 2 organic lemons, thinly sliced

7.      Tropical Water Drink

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 2 cups mango, cubed
  • 2 cups pineapple, cubed
  • 1 starfruit, thinly sliced

Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to infuse the water. For the best flavor, infuse overnight.

 

8.      Refreshing Citrus Drink

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 2 organic lemons, thinly sliced
  • 2 organic limes, thinly sliced
  • 2 organic grapefruits, thinly sliced
  • 2 organic oranges, thinly sliced

Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to infuse the water. For the best flavor, infuse overnight.

9.      Raspberry Drink Infused With Rosemary

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 4 rosemary sprigs, chopped to release more flavor

10.  Ginger and Pineapple

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 4 cups pineapple, chunked
  • 10 thin ginger slices
