Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrot big chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunked
  • 1 cup papaya chunked
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 2 cups water
  • pinch black pepper to increase curcumin’s bioavailability
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil to increase curcumin’s bioavailability
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated turmeric root or turmeric powder or to taste (1-inch = 1 tbsp fresh grated =1 tsp powder)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base to thin.
