Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot big chunks
- 1 cup mango chunked
- 1 cup papaya chunked
- 1 orange peeled
- 1 banana peeled
- 2 cups water
- pinch black pepper to increase curcumin’s bioavailability
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil to increase curcumin’s bioavailability
- 1 tbsp fresh grated turmeric root or turmeric powder or to taste (1-inch = 1 tbsp fresh grated =1 tsp powder)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base to thin.
