Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale packed
  • 2 cups water or unsweetened coconut water/almond milk
  • 2 cups pineapple chunked
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1 banana chunked
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend kale and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
  • Optional: top with raw cacao nibs, chia seeds, or goji berries.
