Ingredients
- 2 cups kale packed
- 2 cups water or unsweetened coconut water/almond milk
- 2 cups pineapple chunked
- 1 kiwifruit
- 1 banana chunked
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Blend kale and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Optional: top with raw cacao nibs, chia seeds, or goji berries.
