15 Tips To Stay Healthy With Ease

1.    Plan Your Meals

Pick one day a week to plan your meals and make a shopping list. Try to avoid more trips to the grocery store, choose one shopping day. Dedicate 1 to 2 hours every week or weekend to prepping and bulk cooking. Avoid packaged or processed foods. They are loaded with sugar, salt, stabilizers, preservatives, MSG, artificial colors, and flavors.

2.    Stock Your Freezer With Homemade Meals

Once or twice a month have a big cook up! Divide into containers, label, and freeze for busy days.Or when making a stew, curry, fresh spaghetti sauce, or other freezer-friendly recipes, double or triple the recipe and freeze for later.

3.    Carry Healthy Snacks and Lunches With You

Pack easy and healthy go-to snacks and lunches. Keep chopped vegetables, leafy greens, and your favorite dressing and dips in the fridge. This makes preparing a salad or snack in the morning a 5-minute job!

Make sure to take healthy snacks – such as whole fruits, green smoothies, raw almonds, trail mix, or veggies sticks with hummus – wherever you go. When the munchies hit you’ll be less likely to grab a candy bar or overeat at main meals.
