Passion Fruit Yogurt Bowl

Easy, healthy, probiotic-rich breakfast option. I just love the homemade cultured coconut yogurt and passion fruit combo. Though I used toasted coconut flakes. This recipe would work well with granola too.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt
  • 4 passion fruit
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes raw or toasted
  • 1 cup mango chunked

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Optional: add granola or top with other toppings/superfoods of your choice (goji berries, chopped almonds, mulberries, other fruits, etc)
