Mixed Berry Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach packed
  • 2 cups water or coconut water
  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana chunked
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1/2 avocado

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and water until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
  • If you have a high speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
  • Optional: top with raw cacao nibs, chia seeds, goji berries, or other toppings/superfoods of your choice.

Notes

TIP: Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base.
