Lemon Shrimps with Broccoli, Carrots and Peas

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound medium shrimps deveined and detailed
- 1 cup carrot chopped
- 2 cups broccoli cut into small florets
- 1 cup green peas (frozen)
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 cup water
- black pepper to taste
- sea salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon lime or lemon zest
- 1/2 lime/lemon juice only (use less if using lemon)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil over medium heat. Saute onion for 2 minutes, add garlic and ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- Add broccoli, carrots, and water, cover and steam for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add shrimps, peas, lime zest, lime juice, butter, salt, and black pepper. Cook uncovered until shrimps are cooked. Stir regularly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
