Creamy Kiwi Berry Green Smoothie

Kiwis and strawberries, a match made in heaven. I just love the taste! And they are so good for you!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 kiwifruit chunked
  • 1 banana chunked
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

Instructions

  • Blend spinach water, and coconut milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
  • Add/top with superfoods - like goji berries, moringa, or raw cacao nibs - if you like.

Notes

  • Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead!
