Mixed Berry Vanilla Granola Parfait
I just love fresh berries in the morning. This Berry Vanilla Granola Parfait will become a quick family favorite. Believe me. Especially when made with homemade granola and coconut yogurt. So good!

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup granola (certified GF if needed) store-bought or homemade
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Make layers with half of yogurt, granola and berries in a parfait or wine glass (or small jar for portable version).
- Repeat with remaining yogurt, berries and granola.
