Berry Protein Booster (Green Smoothie)

I just love these green drinks. So much good-for-you-nutrients in one glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale packed, shredded
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana chucked
  • 1/2 cup almonds optional

Instructions

  • Soak almonds overnight if using.
  • Blend kale and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
  • Add superfoods such as cacao nibs, vanilla extract, or goji berries if you like.
