Berry Morning Bowl

Ingredients

For the smoothie base

  • 2 banana chunked and frozen
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

For the toppings

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds raw or roasted
  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries (optional)
  • 2 tbsps unsalted nuts of your choice raw or roasted

Instructions

  • Add all smoothie base ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Top with mixed berries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, and nuts. Or use other toppings of choice.

Notes

  • Other possible toppings: cacao nibs, mulberries, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, etc.
  • If you want a more ice cream like texture, freeze all ingredients except liquid base, before blending.
