Berry Morning Bowl

Ingredients
For the smoothie base
- 2 banana chunked and frozen
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
For the toppings
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds raw or roasted
- 2 tablespoons dried goji berries (optional)
- 2 tbsps unsalted nuts of your choice raw or roasted
Instructions
- Add all smoothie base ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Top with mixed berries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, and nuts. Or use other toppings of choice.
Notes
- Other possible toppings: cacao nibs, mulberries, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, etc.
- If you want a more ice cream like texture, freeze all ingredients except liquid base, before blending.
