Lemon water is water mixed with juice from lemons. The amount of lemon used in this mixture is entirely up to your preference and it can be enjoyed cold or hot, as well based on your preference.

You can get your clean water from water purifiers before adding the juice of lemon to it. For added flavor, you can add lemon rind or other ingredients.

It has become a popular beverage used in the morning for its claim of being able to influence the mood and energy levels of the body.

The nutrient breakdown of a glass of lemon juice includes 9 calories, less than a gram of sugar, 25% composition of vitamin C and 1% of Potassium and Folate.
