Ingredients

For the dressing

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds we used black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

For the salad

  • 4 cups salad greens of your choice
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 2 orange peeled and cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper (capsicum, any color) chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried goji berries (optional)

Instructions

  • To make dressing, combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Combine salad ingredients in a bowl. Toss to combine and drizzle with mustard dressing.
