Apple Berry Kiwi Green Smoothie

Berries, avocado, and kiwifruit are some of my favorite smoothie ingredients. So much plant goodness in one glass. I say YES to that!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber roughly chopped
  • 3 kiwifruit
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 apple cored and roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
  • Optional: top with chia seeds and goji berries, or other superfoods/toppings of your choice.

Notes

TIP: Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
