Pineapple Papaya Green Smoothie
A delicious, tropical green morning drink to start the day with all the nutrients you need.

Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach packed
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup pineapple chunked
- 1 cup papaya chunked
- 2 banana
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or any other nut butter
Instructions
- Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Optional: Add superfoods - such as goji berries, moringa powder, chia seeds, or cacao nibs - if you like.
Notes
- Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubs instead.
