Pineapple Papaya Green Smoothie

A delicious, tropical green morning drink to start the day with all the nutrients you need.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach packed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup pineapple chunked
  • 1 cup papaya chunked
  • 2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or any other nut butter

Instructions

  • Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
  • Optional: Add superfoods - such as goji berries, moringa powder, chia seeds, or cacao nibs - if you like.

Notes

  • Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubs instead.
