Green Berry Mango Heaven
This green morning drink is packed with antioxidants and other good-for-you nutrients. I just love the peppery flavor of the watercress. Though I have many favorites, this is definitely one of them.

Ingredients
- 2 cup watercress
- 1 cup mango chunked
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small avocado
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- 1 cup fresh orange juice we used blood oranges
- 1-2 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend watercress, water, and orange juice until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Optional: Add superfoods - such as goji berries, hemp hearts, or raw cacao nibs - if you like.
Notes
Use one or more frozen fruit(s) to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
