Tropical fruit Bowl with Chia Seed Jam and Coconut Yogurt
A beautiful breakfast or snack bowl made with tropical fruits, homemade chia seed jam, and coconut yogurt. Pure morning bliss.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple cubed
- 1 cup dragon fruit (pitaya) cubed
- 1 cup pomelo/grapefruit chopped
- 1 cup plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt homemade or store-bought
- 2 tbsps jam preferably homemade chia seed jam, mine was from mangoes
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (certified GF if needed) or (homemade) granola works too
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon or to taste
Instructions
- Add fruit and yogurt to a bowl, stir well to combine.
- Top with rolled oats, cinnamon powder, and chia seed jam. Or use other toppings of your choice.
Notes
- Instead of chia seed jam, use pitted, blended dates or almond butter.
- Works great with other fruits, seeds, nuts, or (homemade) granola as well.
