Coconut Yogurt with Berries and Granola
I like my berries with homemade granola and coconut yogurt, but you can make this with any other fruit/grain/nut/etc. you like.
Servings: 2
Calories: 418kcal
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt
- 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup granola (certified GF if needed) preferably homemade
Instructions
- Layer the bottom of a glass or jar with ¼ cup granola, top with yogurt and fruits. Repeat layering.
- Optional: top with cacao nibs, goji berries, a drizzle of maple syrup, or any other topping you like.
Notes
- Homemade cultured coconut yogurt recipe: super easy, dairy-free, and packed with health-promoting friendly gut bacteria or probiotics.
- Homemade granola: I love making my own granola. It's so easy and you can add all the grains, seeds, nuts, and/or dried fruits you like most.
