Mango Almond Breakfast Smoothie
No time for breakfast? Give yourself a healthy start of the day with this delicious morning drink that can be made in less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups mango roughly chopped (or use frozen mango chunks instead)
- 2 kiwifruit
- 1 banana chunked
- 2 cups spinach packed
- 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Optional: top with superfoods - such as goji berries, cacao powder, chia seeds or hemp hearts - if you like.
