Massage is an excellent way to ease your mind and relax your body. It has the power to revitalize your body and makes daily stress fade away. Especially when essential oils are added to the base oil. When giving your loved ones or yourself a relaxing massage make sure to do this with smooth and gentle gliding strokes. Move slowly and use light pressure to enhance the effect of relaxation.
During a relaxation massage, the emphasis is on calming down your nervous system and promoting a sense of well-being. It improves blood circulation and stimulates your lymphatic system which is responsible for eliminating waste products from the body. Relaxation massage isn’t used to work out serious adhesions or knots.
