Easy Buckwheat Pizza Dough Rcipe
If you are a pizza lover then you have to try this gluten-free buckwheat pizza dough recipe. It adds so much more flavor and is super easy to make.

Ingredients
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin seeds
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup yogurt (dairy or dairy-free option)
- 0.5-0.75 water
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F or 190°C.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Then add the wet ingredients, adding the water last to achieve a slightly sticky dough. Let rest for a few minutes.
- After a minute or 5, with floured hands gently flatten the dough onto a floured and lined baking sheet pressing the dough into a large thin circle(s) approx. 5mm thick. Bake at 350°F or 190°C. for 5 mins to seal the surface.
- Top with your favorite sauce and toppings and cook for 15-20 minutes more.

Makes 1 small pizza each or a big one to share.
