Mango Morning Bliss Green Smoothie
A good morning makes a good day and what a better way than to start your day with a sweet, energizing, and delicious green drink.

Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach packed
- 1.5 cups water
- 2 cups mango chunked
- 2 orange peeled
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (certified GF if needed)
Instructions
- Blend spinach and water until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
- Optional: top with goji berries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, extra mango pieces, etc., if you like. I used extra fresh mango this time.
Notes
Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice cubes instead.
