This is a simple little fruit shake recipe that I make a lot. The key ingredients are pineapple, kiwifruit, and orange. But this can be mixed with lots of different fruits to your liking.

This smoothie is jam-packed with vitamin C and the pineapple is an excellent source of manganese. Kiwifruit is very rich in fiber, vitamin K and A, among other. Combined with the oranges and the banana this is a complete breakfast for me.

  • 1/4 fresh pineapple, chunked
  • 2 kiwifruits
  • 2 oranges, preferably blood oranges
  • 1 banana
  • A bit of coconut milk or yogurt

Put this all in the blender and mix until smooth. Add some ice cubes for a refreshing drink during a hot day. Enjoy this healthy pineapple smoothie recipe and make sure to check out these two other healthy juice recipes!
