Fruit Bowl with Yogurt and Homemade Granola

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt I used homemade cultured coconut yogurt
- 2 cups your favorite fruit I used pineapple, dragon fruit, and papaya
- 1 cup granola (certified GF if needed) preferably homemade
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon or to taste (honey or maple syrup works too)
Instructions
- In a bowl, layer yogurt, fruit, and granola.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon (or drizzle with honey).
Notes
- I love making my own things because then you exactly know what’s in them. If you are short on time you could buy granola and unsweetened (coconut) yogurt in the store but be mindful of the products you buy and always check the labels.
