Eating your daily fresh, high-quality greens is crucial to optimal health. Leafy greens are the true vegetable rock stars. The benefits of leafy greens come from the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fibers, and diseases-fighting phytonutrients. They are among the most nutrient dense foods on Earth.

FYI: Why Raw Leafy Greens Are Just That Bit More
Raw veggies are more than just a healthy source of vital nutrients, uncooked they still contain biophotons and valuable enzymes. Biophotons are tiny little compounds that store the sun’s vital energy. They contain bio-energetic information to regulate some of our body’s most complex processes. So, through the food you eat, the sun’s vital energy reaches your cells. The more sun the fruit or vegetable was able to absorb, the more nutritious it is. Organic, fresh grown vegetables and sun-ripped fruits contain the most biophotons.
