For the smoothie base
- 2 banana chunked and frozen
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp dried goji berries (optional)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
Blend all smoothie base ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
Top smoothie with sliced bananas, mixed berries, goji berries, and desiccated coconut. Feel free to top with other superfoods/toppings of your choice.
