- 2 cups bok choy
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 cups mango
- 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs/cacao powder
Blend bok choy and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base to thin. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.
Top with superfoods - such as goji berries, mulberries, chia seeds or hemp hearts - if you like.
