Ingredients

For the smoothie base

  • 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 banana chunked and frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened (coconut) yogurt optional
  • 1 cup mango chunked
  • 2 tsps moringa powder (optional)

Topping

  • 1 cup mango chunked
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if needed.
  • Top with fresh fruits and superfoods/toppings of your choice.

Notes

  • Other possible toppings: cacao nibs, goji berries, mulberries, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, etc.
  • If you want a more ice cream like texture, freeze all ingredients except liquid base, before blending.
