Almond Berry Breakfast Smoothie

A delicious morning treat made with fresh berries and homemade almond milk. Pure bliss.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chard packed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana big
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil optional

Instructions

  • Blend chard and almond milk until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more liquid base. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw in everything at once.

Notes

Use one or more frozen fruits to chill the smoothie. Or use ice instead.
